By using dawurst.com you agree to these terms. Content, artwork, Mr. Tipsy and the Da Wurst marks belong to Da Wurst and may not be reused without permission.

Wurst Club and Passport

Membership is free and personal to you. Points and stamps have no cash value, are earned on eligible purchases and may be adjusted or ended at any time. Rewards must be redeemed at the restaurant. No one is checking how quickly you finish your passport.

Stein Club

Stein Club is an annual paid membership. Fees are non-refundable once the numbered stein is issued. Benefits, pricing and the annual member party may change from year to year. Don't steal the steins.

Parties and catering

Inquiries are requests, not confirmations. Reserved spaces, minimums, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing by a real person. Mr. Tipsy is not allowed to negotiate contracts.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable for food, beer and merchandise at Da Wurst, carry no fees, do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Ordering and delivery

Online ordering and delivery are provided through third-party platforms under their own terms. Prices, availability and delivery areas may vary.

Alcohol

You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid ID required. We reserve the right to refuse service. Please drink responsibly. Please sausage enthusiastically.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da Wurst is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.
